This means that your Agent couldn't connect to the DIMES server for a while. This is usually indicative of server problems or network loads.
Usually this resolves itself, or is resolved when we restart the server. Either way, it's not a problem with your Agent.

why are you bumping? This has already been answered. Whenever the DIMES server goes down (which it does every so often) this will happen. It will fix itself when the server comes back online, and there is nothing you need to do to it.

Are you saying that this is happening all the time, regardless of what's going on with the server?
A couple of questions:
What version of the Agent do you have, and when did you install it?
Do you have other Agents in that location that do work, while this Agent doesn't?
What OS/version are you running, do you have a firewall and what kind?
Is the server running in any kind of virtual machine?

I have other agents they work when the PC's are on

I have followed the instruction I found on this forum regarding firewalls, all ports are open. I have also disabled the firewall and NO change.
