Can't use old agents.

So I have a bunch of old agent names I have not used in a long time. They show up in my stats with credits but whenever I install a new Agent those particular Agent names do not show up in the list of available Agents. OK fine I will just manually change the name of the whatever I choose to the Agent name I want and all will be fine right? Eh no. When I try to do that DIMES states that I already have an Agent using that particular name and will not let me rename to it.

So whats up with this? Why do these Agents show up in my stats but not in the list of available agents when installing a new client? Yes I know I can just use a new name but I would rather not do that and recycle the old ones. I don't care to have more Agent names than what is needed and right now I got 12 names sitting unused.

Any suggestions or clues as to what is up?

What's your user name and what Agent names are you trying to use?
Are you getting any error messages?
